Our lifestyle studio with brick-effect and mock outside windows is a versatile and modern space available for hire.
Despite no natural light, the studio is bright and well-lit, thanks to its innovative artificial windows, which mimic the look and feel of natural light. This makes it an ideal location for photo shoots, video productions, and other creative projects that require consistent, high-quality lighting.

Our professional music studio is equipped with soundproofing and audio equipment, ensuring that recording sessions are conducted in an acoustically optimized environment.
The walls are lined with high-density insulation materials to reduce external noise interference, while specialized flooring and ceiling tiles absorb internal sounds, providing a clean and clear audio recording.

Studio five is a versatile, multi purpose space within our facility. Upon entering the complex it is a welcoming and comfortable social space with seating and tables ideal for rest, prep, refreshments and meeting. It carrys an industrial feel, but works also as a blank canvas with all furniture removed.
With large barn doors offering access to the car park it can also double as a large studio space with natural light. Options to create a cove too.
Props/set pieces can be brought in via this studio as large as a car.
As an air conditioned delegate space, the area can seat up to 65 conference style.

Additional facilities include: Creatives for hire, 2 make-up/ hair rooms, production offices, wardrobe room, green room, kitchen, on site parking, catering, transport, excellent access for loading and on site equipment hire.

Meeting rooms/Production Offices
Perfect for small, formal meetings; conference calls; or interviews. Each room can hold up to 6 people. Hot desking is also available.
The meeting rooms and studios include high speed WIFI.
