Our lifestyle studio with brick-effect and mock outside windows is a versatile and modern space available for hire. Despite no natural light, the studio is bright and well-lit, thanks to its innovative artificial windows, which mimic the look and feel of natural light.

Our professional music/ podcast recording studio is equipped with soundproofing and audio equipment, ensuring that recording sessions are conducted in an acoustically optimized environment. The walls are lined with high-density insulation materials to reduce external noise interference, while specialized flooring and ceiling tiles absorb internal sounds, providing a clean and clear audio recording.

Additional facilities include: Creatives for hire, 2 make-up/ hair rooms, production offices, wardrobe room, green room, kitchen, on site parking, catering, transport, excellent access for loading and on site equipment hire.
